Anthony C. Starks
Tony Starks has been practicing family law, divorce law, Child Custody throughout San Diego County for the past 25 years. He is a San Diego Family Law Attorney who takes cases in San Diego, East County, El Cajon, La Mesa, South Bay, Chula Vista, North County including Oceanside, Encinitas, Solana Beach, La Jolla, Del Mar as well as El Centro, Los Angeles and Orange County.
He has lived in San Diego most of his life and has been an active participant in community affairs, having belonged at one time to various Chambers of Commerce, the Lions Club, and Optimists Club. He is proud to have served at one time as the President of the Local Bar Association in Chula Vista and was a board member of the San Diego County Public Law Library. Tony is appointed by the San Diego Superior Court as a temporary judge when needed by the court.
