Effectively Handling Divorce and Related Issues

Divorce makes up a large part of my legal practice, so I have extensive experience handling any types of legal issues that might arise during a divorce, such as child custody and child support, alimony or spousal support and marital property division. I frequently handle divorce for people in the military, and I understand the unique challenges of military family divorce.

Sometimes divorce involves complex property issues. Recognizing the relationship between real estate and divorce, I became a licensed real estate broker in California more than 20 years ago. However, I only handle real estate matters that are related to a divorce.

Some criminal defense matters are inherently intertwined with family law, and I use my extensive experience to handle these matters as well. I represent people who have been accused of domestic violence or placed under a restraining order.

Finally, sometimes people run into trouble with past due child support, or need to change a child custody arrangement. I represent people in proceedings for modification or enforcement actions.
