Anthony C. Starks

I graduated from a American Bar Association accredited law school in San Diego and have been practicing family law, or divorce law, right here in San Diego County for almost 25 years. This includes San Diego, El Cajon, Chula Vista, and Vista in North County. I have also gone to El Centro, Los Angeles and Orange County.

I have been a resident of San Diego since 1950 and have been an active participant in community affairs, having belonged at one time to various Chambers of Commerce, the Lions Club, Optimists Club. I am proud to have served at one time as the President of the Local Bar Association in Chula Vista and was a board member of the San Diego County Public Law Library.
